Capital DJ Services Corporate Party Package
The Corporate Party Package provides up to 8 hours of professional
Disc Jockey services which includes a 4 hour dance, cocktail and dinner
music. The Master of Ceremonies has use of a wireless microphone for
speeches and presentations they may be doing.
The afternoon of your special event, our entertainer will be at your
venue early in the afternoon to setup and complete the audio/sound checks
for the equipment. The basic Mackie system that we use is rated for up to
300 people, but we can accommodate much larger audiences as well.
Your entertainer will play Cocktail Music as your guests arrive. After
the before dinner welcoming speeches, your entertainer will play ambient
background music during the service of dinner.
For the after dinner speeches, a Wireless Microphone will be available
for the use of the Master of Ceremony for speeches if we are advised in
advance (minimum 48 hours notice).
On completion of the formal dinner and speeches, our entertainer will
be ready to start the dance when our client is ready to start.
Once we start the dance, your entertainer will play until a 4 hour
dance time span has been filled (ie: 9:00PM - 1:00AM). Any time played past
the 4 hour dance limit is subject to a overtime fee of $62.50 per half hour.
Your total cost for our Corporate Event and Parties Package (not
including any possible overtime or photo/video/lighting charges and
applicable taxes):
