Capital Ultimate Wedding Package
With our Capital Ultimate Wedding Package, you will
get everything you would need in regards to music, PA services and A/V
services or your special day from one source.
The Ultimate Wedding Package is an all inclusive
package which provides complete services for both your Wedding Ceremony
and your Wedding Reception & dance.
You will meet with your Entertainer/DJ prior to
your special day to discuss the details of your Wedding from the
music for your Ceremony as the guests are being seated, to the
Processional Music for the Brides attendants and of course, then the
Bride's special music.
You will further discuss music for the signing of
the register, candle lighting and any special microphone requirements
should there be a vocalist.
Together with your Entertainer/DJ, you will then
select your Recessional music and the music for after the Ceremony is
completed. Our Entertainer/DJ will play music for up to 30 minutes after
the end of the Ceremony (unless he is required immediately for the
Reception then time will be appropriately adjusted) .
Now we are at the start of the Reception and it is
time to select the Cocktail Music you want to have played, your Grand
Entrance Music, First Dances and any special dedications you may
have. Our Wedding Questionnaire & Planner is very comprehensive, and you
can choose the music for the Bouquet & Garter, Cake Cutting as well as
specify music/songs you do not wish to have played on your special day.
The afternoon of your special day, our experienced
personnel will arrive at your hall early in the afternoon to setup and
complete the necessary audio/sound checks for the equipment. Our
standard Mackie system that we use is rated for up to 200 people at
optimal, but we can accommodate much larger audiences as well. If
required for the Ceremony, a separate sound system will be set-up at the
same hall/location for no additional charge!!
The Capital Ultimate Wedding Package includes a
very dynamic light show which features a Mirror-Ball with Pin-Spot, LED
lighting effects which are all sound activated, and will add to the
party mood of the evening.
Your entertainer will then
play your choice of Cocktail Music as your guests arrive. Coordinating
with your Master of Ceremony, at the time the Bride & Groom are
announced as arriving, your entertainer will play the special tune that
they selected for their Grand Entrance.
After the welcoming speeches, your entertainer will
play ambient background music during the service of dinner.
For the after dinner speeches, a Wireless
Microphone will be available for the use of the Master of Ceremony for
speeches.
A projector & screen is available for any
PowerPoint/slide presentations there may be as part of the formal
program. All that has to be supplied is a laptop/DVD player with the
actual presentation. Your entertainer can complete tie-ins with
Presentation laptops/DVD players to allow the audio to be carried on our
Professional Mackie Sound System.
On completion of the formal dinner and speeches,
your entertainer will be ready to start the dance when the Bride & Groom
is ready to start.
Once we start the dance, your entertainer will play
until a 8 hour time span for the Reception has been filled (ie: 5:30PM -
1:30AM or 6:00PM to 2:00AM). Any time played past the 8 hour limit is
subject to a overtime fee of $62.50 per half hour. The time allotted for
the Ceremony is 2 hours and cannot be combined with the Reception
allottment.
Your total cost for our Capital Ultimate Wedding DJ
Package (not including any possible overtime, lighting or photo/video
charges and applicable taxes): $1500.00
