DJ Services Basic Party Package
The Capital
DJ Services Basic Party Package offers the budget minded
client an affordable option without compromising quality.
However, we do
NOT recommend this package, or
our "
Standard Party Package", for Wedding clients or
most Corporate
clients as there is
NO personal consultations
or pre-planning meetings with the Entertainer/DJ assigned
to your event.
With our Basic Party Package,
you will complete our comprehensive Event Planner and
return it to us either via email or traditional mail.
We are available to answer questions you may have about
the Event planner either by telephone or email.
The afternoon of your special event, our experienced
personnel will arrive at your hall to setup and complete
the necessary audio/sound checks for the equipment prior
to the arrival of your invited guests. Our standard
Mackie sound system that we use is rated for up to 200
people at optimal, but we can accommodate much larger
audiences as well.
Your DJ Entertainer will then
return at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start
time of your dance and will be ready to start at the
schedule Dance Start time.
This package gives
our client up to four (4) hours of DJ Entertainment
services (ie: 9PM to 1AM or 9:30PM to 1:30AM). Any time
played past the 4 hour time limit is subject to a overtime
fee of $62.50 per half hour.

for our Capital DJ Services Standard Party Package (not
including any possible overtime, lighting, projector/screen
rentals or photo/video charges):
$500.00
